DIXON, C.J., agrees with the ruling of this Court. In addition, it is noted that 5 months is an apparently severe sentence for the crime charged for a 26-year old man with an apparently good record, except for a problem with alcohol. Even so, what the relator did was serious, and the apparent consequences...
