The State brought a petition for a writ of prohibition to vacate a ruling of the Superior Court (Pappagianis, J.) which suppressed certain financial records because they were obtained in contravention of the New Hampshire Right to Privacy Act, RSA chapter 359-C (Supp. 1981). The State also challenged the defendant's standing to assert the rights of third parties, in his motion to suppress the evidence...
