CAVANAUGH, Judge:

Appellant, Alford, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault1 and one count of resisting arrest.2 After a jury trial, appellant was found not guilty of both aggravated assault charges, but guilty of resisting arrest.3 From judgment of sentence, this appeal follows.
