This is an action to foreclose a security interest in a diamond bridal set. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendant Arlene Graber, the third party in possession of the property, stating the action against her was barred by the two-year statute of limitations, K.S.A. 60-513(a)(2). Plaintiff has appealed.
