Defendants appeal a May 15, 1980, circuit court judgment ruling that the buildings and fixtures located on plaintiffs' property are to be included in assessing the fair market value of the property for the purpose of the exercise of the option to purchase contained in the lease held by defendant Process Installations, Inc., an assignee of defendant Vulcan-Cincinnati, Inc. Plaintiffs have filed a delayed cross-appeal, challenging an August 8, 1977...
