TYSON, Judge.
Brian Keith Baldwin was indicted for the capital offense of robbery when the victim is intentionally killed by the defendant. At trial, the jury found the appellant "guilty as charged in the indictment." The trial judge, after weighing the aggravating and mitigating circumstances in this case, fixed the appellant's punishment at death by electrocution.
