As part of an ongoing investigation into "fixing" of summonses at the Criminal Court facility at 346 Broadway, an undercover agent from the office of the Special Prosecutor, posing as a gypsy cab driver, caught the attention of defendant, a Criminal Court clerk, and showed him three traffic summonses.
