PER CURIAM.

Defendant pled nolo contendere to the charge of assault of an employee of a place of confinement, MCL 750.197c; MSA 28.394(3), and was sentenced to two to four years in prison, to be served consecutively to the sentence he was serving at the time of the offense.

Of several issues raised on appeal, defendant's first claim is dispositive and makes consideration of the other issues unnecessary. Defendant argues that his conviction must be reversed...
