This divorce action comes before the court on defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint for plaintiff's refusal to file an affidavit of consent to the entry of a decree of divorce pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S. §201(c). We shall grant the petition with leave to plaintiff to file a §201(c) affidavit within 20 days.
