We granted defendant's writ application, and for argument, we consolidated the case with Todd v. State of Louisiana et al., (La.1983) (No. 82-C-2915, decision rendered November 28, 1983 rehearing granted January 5, 1984), principally to decide whether a possessory action may be brought against the State of Louisiana.
