This is an action against the named credit union alleging breach of express or implied contract to provide credit life insurance and violations of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq. After the jury was impaneled and plaintiff had presented her case in chief, the court sustained defendant's motion for directed verdict. Plaintiff has appealed and defendant has filed its cross-appeal from an order finding plaintiff a proper party...
