Plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial court's grant of accelerated judgment, GCR 1963, 116.1(5), to the defendants based upon plaintiffs Guenter and Erna Wallisch's failure to file their action for the loss of their son Peter's society and companionship and damages for medical expenses within the time period set forth in the statute of limitations.
