Guste, Jr., Attorney General, and Louisiana Department of Justice, Office of Employment Security (hereinafter collectively OES), brought suit against the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, seeking to recover, pursuant to a public employees' blanket bond, sums embezzled by one of its employees. The trial judge entered summary judgment in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $82,899.96...
