Appellant, Harry Shapiro, and appellee, Betty Sue Shapiro, were married February 14, 1969. They had one child, Lonnie, born January 26, 1971. The parties separated in April 1976 and executed a separation and marital settlement agreement. On April 21, 1977, appellant filed a bill of complaint for divorce a vinculo matrimonii, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, and the parties have been in constant and continuous...
