After a bench trial, appellant Edward Haller was convicted of possession of cocaine,1 a class D felony, and possession of LSD with intent to deliver it,2 a class B felony. The sole issue raised by Haller on appeal is whether the trial court erred in failing to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to Haller's warrantless arrest and subsequent search.
