This suit was brought by plaintiff Teresa T. Groener, mother of Richard Colen Groener, against the defendants, Robert Charles Briehl and his parents, for injuries suffered by Colen when he was struck by an automobile driven by Briehl on Indian School Road in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
