The issue presented herein is whether the debtors have "noncontingent, liquidated, unsecured debts of less than $100,000.00" within the meaning of section 109(e) of the Bankruptcy Code ("the Code") for purposes of determining their eligibility for relief under chapter 13 of the Code.
