The plaintiffs, John K. Hart, Sr., and The Hart Company, Inc., (hereafter referred to together as "Hart"), filed suit against Kraft Land Services, Inc., to recover commissions allegedly earned on Kraft's sale of over 20,000 acres of timberland to J. W. Casey.
