Respondent appeals as of right from a determination of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC) that Laura Davis, a probationary teacher, was dismissed for engaging in concerted activity protected by § 9 of the public employment relations act, MCL 423.201 et seq.; MSA 17.455(1) et seq. We affirm.
