BROCK, J.

The defendant, Ronald A. Sweeney, was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court on a charge of possession of cocaine. In this appeal, he excepts to the admission of certain evidence at trial and to the severity of his sentence. He also argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove each element of the possession of cocaine charge beyond a reasonable doubt. We find no error and affirm the defendant's conviction.
