The superior court enforced an Ohio default judgment against Henry M. Shepard and Forest-All Corporation. Henry M. Shepard appealed, alleging that the Ohio judgment was not entitled to be given full faith and credit by the New Hampshire courts because the complaint, on which the default judgment was based, did not state a cause of action against him as an individual.
