PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted after a jury trial of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797. Defendant was sentenced to from 35 to 65 years imprisonment and presently appeals as of right.

On appeal, defendant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a change of venue. Defendant bases his argument on allegedly negative community sentiment resulting from trials for armed robbery and murder in 1976. Defendant was tried twice on those charges...
