In 1979 Jerome Radosh was a practicing lawyer in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Mr. Radosh was the bonded agent of the Chicago Title Insurance Company, which had granted him authority in 1976 to issue and countersign land title insurance policies and close real estate transactions on behalf of Chicago Title.
