This case has come before us by virtue of garnishment proceedings instituted by plaintiff-owner of a clothing store at Oxford Valley Mall, seeking recovery for losses which resulted from certain water damage which occurred when a uniform store situated immediately above plaintiff's store in the mall was destroyed by fire.
