The debtors in these consolidated cases are farmers/ranchers doing business in Nebraska and South Dakota. Marlyn Verle Dahlquist filed his petition for Chapter 11 relief on July 5, 1983. See 11 U.S.C.A. § 1101 et seq. (1979). Three days later, Marlyn's sons, James Marlyn Dahlquist and Robert Dean Dahlquist, also filed petitions under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code...
