On March 24, 1982, the trial court entered an order granting respondent's motion to strike the Attorney General's petition. On July 16, 1982, the trial court1 denied the Attorney General's petition for a constructive trust. Petitioner appeals from both orders as of right. These appeals have been consolidated.
