Appellant Brown appeals her convictions for the offenses of forgery, uttering a forged instrument and grand theft. Finding that there is substantial and competent evidence supporting the verdict for the offense of forgery, we affirm it. We reverse, however, the convictions of uttering a forged instrument and commission of grand theft, and remand those offenses to the lower court for further consistent proceedings.
