BROWN, J.

Ruth and Clarence Sanem appeal from a dismissal of their complaint against Ozaukee county. The dispositive issue is whether an allegation that the county was negligent in depositing snow on a median strip so as to diminish driver visibility states a cause of action. We agree with the trial court's conclusion that it does not and affirm.
