This is an appeal from a final judgment of the trial court awarding a real estate broker damages in the full amount of his commission by reason of the owner's breach of the commission contract. The property owner, Harry Ward, has raised four issues on appeal, all directed to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the findings of the trial court. We affirm.
