This case is before us on the appeal of plaintiff-appellant, Donna M. Covington, Executrix of the Estate of Virginia Ann Price, from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County directing a verdict for plaintiff on the issue of liability and rendering judgment on a jury verdict awarding damages to plaintiff in the amount of $1,052.
