Veryl Schoenfeldt, claimant, was awarded compensation by an arbitrator under the Workmen's Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.). The arbitrator found claimant had suffered an accidental injury on January 14, 1977. On review, the Industrial Commission affirmed and adopted the decision of the arbitrator, but increased the award by awarding the claimant...
