This interlocutory appeal comes to the Court of Appeals from the trial court's refusal to vacate a writ of attachment. Minn.R.Civ.App.P. 103.03(c). The writ was issued September 28, 1982. Mr. Bongard moved the trial court to vacate the writ. The trial court refused. After the trial court's decision and after the time for appeal had expired, portions of the attachment statute were declared...
