EMBRY, Justice.

Linda Diane Webb appeals from a denial of what we determine to be a Rule 60(b)(6), ARCP, motion for relief from a nil dicit judgment. The single issue presented is whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying Webb's motion. Finding no such abuse, after a careful review of the record, we affirm.
