Order modified by deleting the provision denying that branch of the plaintiff's motion which was to strike the action from the calendar, that branch of the motion is granted, the action is stricken from the calendar and the note of issue is vacated.

As so modified, order affirmed, insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements. By a prior order dated September 28, 1982, Special Term, in effect, denied the wife's request for the production of the records...
