PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right his jury-based conviction for third-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520d, subd (1)(b); MSA 28.788(4), subd (1)(b). He had orginally been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), but was convicted on the lesser charge. On appeal, he raises three issues, none of which require reversal.
