These appeals arise from a decision by the Superior Court of Baltimore City affirming an order of the Workmen's Compensation Commission (hereinafter the "Commission"). The Commission had found the claimant to be permanently and totally disabled, 50% disability attributable to the employer and insurer and 50% pre-existing disability chargeable against the Subsequent Injury Fund...
