This action was brought on two separate petitions for the appointment of a successor trustee to replace a deceased trustee of the C.M. Wasson testamentary trust. The petitioners are two sisters, granddaughters of the testator, who had been serving with a third sister as trustees of the trust until the latter's death. Upon their inability to agree as to a successor trustee, each of the sisters...
