OPINION

BIRDSALL, Judge.

The trial court dismissed the plaintiffs/appellants' complaint finding a lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendant/appellee. We affirm.

The appellant Irwin Danis was at one time employed by appellee Ziff-Davis Publishing Company. In September 1979 the company obtained a judgment against him in New York arising out of a claim that he had misappropriated funds by self-dealing...
