Petitioner and two others were charged by information with conspiracy to traffic in cannabis in an amount in excess of 100 pounds and with trafficking in cannabis in an amount in excess of 100 pounds. Petitioner moved to dismiss the conspiracy information on grounds that it was unlawfully vague as to date, time and place of the conspiracy. The information alleged no facts concerning date, time or place of the conspiracy other than that it occurred...
