Currently before the court for disposition are preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer filed by defendant to plaintiff's complaint wherein plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages and counsel fees for the prosecution of this action based upon the alleged breach of an automobile insurance policy by defendant under which plaintiff's decedent was insured.
