FACTS

Plaintiff ("wife") commenced this action seeking a determination of the dischargeability of a $197,300 debt owed to her by the debtor-defendant (her ex-husband).

On June 27, 1979, the Indiana Superior Court after a lengthy trial entered a decree dissolving the marriage. The decree provided, inter alia, for custody of the parties' four children, that the debtor was to pay the plaintiff...
