Appellant, found guilty by a jury of drunk driving or driving with a blood alcohol reading of .10% or more, and driving while his Arizona operator's license was cancelled, suspended, revoked or refused, was sentenced to prison for one year. In this appeal he attacks the constitutionality of A.R.S. § 28-692(B), contends that the trial court erred in admitting the results of the intoxilyzer into evidence and in refusing to dismiss...
