This is an action to determine claims to real property (RPAPL 1501 et seq.). The property in dispute consists of six acres of land improved with bungalows, wells and a heating system. It is located within the boundaries of a 21-acre parcel owned by plaintiff which is similarly improved and used for religious purposes.
