Plaintiff, Ramon Estrada, appeals from a judgment awarding him worker's compensation benefits in the amount of $49.00 per week for three weeks and $115.00 in medical expenses. He claims on appeal that he is totally and permanently disabled and is entitled to compensation in the amount of $49.00 per week for 500 weeks.
