This appeal arises from an action brought against the appellant, Jimmy GMC, as a third party defendant in a case originally filed against Jack and Peggy Dunlap, the third party plaintiffs. The original plaintiff was Citicorp, a finance company which filed suit against the Dunlaps for repossession of two vehicles and recovery of a deficiency judgment.
