PRYOR, Associate Judge:

Appellant, who has a special sensitivity to cigarette smoke, was terminated from her employment when she refused to work in an area occupied by other employees who smoked cigarettes. She brought an action in the Superior Court alleging that her termination was unlawful because her employer was negligent in not providing her with a smoke-free workplace. At the close of appellant's case-in-chief, the court granted a motion for directed verdict...
