This proceeding is before us on respondent's motion for judgment on the pleadings under Rule 120.1 The issues are whether there are any genuine issues as to a material fact and if there are no such issues, whether respondent is entitled to a judgment, as a matter of law, on determined deficiencies and certain additions to tax.
