Defendants, Merlin and Dora Heggen (Heggen) appeal dismissal of their third party complaint against Century 21-Flowers Realty, Inc. (Flowers), pursuant to CR 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. We affirm.
