Gerald Kessler appeals from the denial of his motion to withdraw his pleas of guilty to the offenses of criminal damage to State-supported property (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 38, par. 21-4), and to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501(a)). He seeks also to vacate the conviction and sentence of one year's probation...
