Plaintiff-appellee, John Daigle, brought this action against defendants-appellants, Clifton Bias and Dresser Atlas Industries, for damages resulting from an automobile accident which occurred on November 22, 1980, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. After trial on the merits, the trial court awarded plaintiff judgment in the amount of $28,750.00, plus interest and costs.
